About

About Rebuilt Minds.

Mission

To improve the wellbeing of Arizonans living with bipolar disorder, anxiety and panic disorders, and ADD/ADHD by providing free, peer-facilitated support groups, lived-experience education, and connection to professional care.

Why we exist

Arizona has good organizations for bipolar disorder, for anxiety, and for ADHD. What it did not have is a place for the many people who carry two or three of them at once, whose story never quite fits the room they are in. Rebuilt Minds is the only Arizona organization built for the overlap. We run free, online, peer-facilitated groups, we teach from lived experience, and we point people toward professional care.

We are secular and faith-friendly. Our founder's story includes his faith. The organization welcomes everyone and never makes belief a condition of participation.
