Resources

Arizona resources.

Peer support is one part of staying well. Here is the rest of the map: crisis lines, how to use your AHCCCS plan, how to find a prescriber or a therapist, and where to look when the medication costs too much. Nothing here is an ad, and nothing pays us.

Right now

If you are in crisis, start here. All three are free, 24/7.

Your AHCCCS plan

If you are on AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid), your health plan covers behavioral health. Call the number on your AHCCCS card. Arizona has three regional plans:

Finding a psychiatrist or therapist

Medication cost help

National peer organizations

Work and accommodations

If you or someone you know is in crisis: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — in Arizona, answered by Solari), text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line), or call 911. Rebuilt Minds groups are not a crisis service.
