How a group works.

  1. 01

    Register

Pick your group and register on Zoom. It takes a minute and it is free.

  2. 02

    Get your Zoom link

Zoom emails you a link that is yours alone. We never post join links publicly.

  3. 03

    Show up, camera optional

Come as you are. Listen first if you want. It is always OK to pass.

  4. 04

    Come back

Groups work over time. Same faces, same night, week after week.

Questions people ask.

Do I need a diagnosis?
No. If you live with the experience, you belong in the room.
Do I have to turn my camera on?
No. Camera is optional. Some people listen for weeks before they speak.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Free, always.
Can my teenager join?
No. Our groups are for adults 18 and older.
Is this therapy?
No. Rebuilt Minds runs free peer support groups led by trained volunteers with lived experience. We are not therapists, doctors, or a crisis service, and our groups are not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

If you or someone you know is in crisis: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — in Arizona, answered by Solari), text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line), or call 911. Rebuilt Minds groups are not a crisis service.
