Quiet the Alarm
For people living with generalized anxiety and panic.
Thursdays 6:30–8:00 PM, 2nd and 4th Thursdays · Arizona time · Zoom
Your body sounds an alarm that nobody else can hear. Your chest tightens in the grocery store. You rehearse conversations that never happen. You know it isn't rational, and knowing doesn't help. You are not weak, and you are not alone in this.
What it is
- A twice-monthly group for adults living with generalized anxiety, panic attacks, or both.
- A place to talk about what sets it off, what has helped, and how to keep showing up for your life while it is loud.
- A calm room. Camera optional. It is always OK to pass.
What it isn't
- Not a place where anyone will put you on the spot.
- Not a substitute for professional care.
- Not a crisis service.
Rebuilt Minds runs free peer support groups led by trained volunteers with lived experience. We are not therapists, doctors, or a crisis service, and our groups are not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
Group agreements
Read aloud at the start of every session.
- What's said here stays here.
- Speak from your own experience — "I" statements, not advice.
- Share the air; one voice at a time.
- It's always OK to pass.
- We don't diagnose, recommend treatments, or give medical advice.
- If someone is in crisis, a facilitator will step into a private room with them and connect them with help.
Join the group
Zoom sends your join link. This short form tells us who is coming and gives us a baseline so we can see whether the groups are helping.
