Group

Same Wiring

For adults living with ADD / ADHD.

Saturdays 9:00–10:30 AM · Arizona time · Zoom

Twelve open tabs, one unfinished email, and a to-do list you wrote to avoid the to-do list. Maybe you were diagnosed at seven. Maybe you were diagnosed at forty-seven and finally understood your whole life. Either way, you are in a room full of people who get it.

What it is

  • A weekly Saturday morning group for adults living with ADD or ADHD.
  • A place to talk about focus, follow-through, time, money, relationships, shame, and the strengths that come with this wiring.
  • Practical, honest, and forgiving of the fact that you might show up late.

What it isn't

  • Not a productivity seminar.
  • Not medication advice.
  • Not a substitute for professional care, and not a crisis service.

Rebuilt Minds runs free peer support groups led by trained volunteers with lived experience. We are not therapists, doctors, or a crisis service, and our groups are not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

Group agreements

Read aloud at the start of every session.

  1. What's said here stays here.
  2. Speak from your own experience — "I" statements, not advice.
  3. Share the air; one voice at a time.
  4. It's always OK to pass.
  5. We don't diagnose, recommend treatments, or give medical advice.
  6. If someone is in crisis, a facilitator will step into a private room with them and connect them with help.

Join the group

Zoom sends your join link. This short form tells us who is coming and gives us a baseline so we can see whether the groups are helping.

The same one you use on Zoom, so we can match you up.

Which of these do you live with? (A diagnosis is not required.)
A quick wellbeing check-in

Five questions, about a minute. We ask again at 90 days so we can see whether the groups are helping. Over the last two weeks…

1. I have felt cheerful and in good spirits
2. I have felt calm and relaxed
3. I have felt active and vigorous
4. I woke up feeling fresh and rested
5. My daily life has been filled with things that interest me
Optional: a little about you (used only for anonymous reporting)
