Flagship group
The Overlap
For people living with two or more of: bipolar, anxiety or panic, ADHD.
Tuesdays 6:30–8:00 PM · Arizona time · Zoom
Most groups are built for one diagnosis. You have more than one. The meds for one make the other worse. The coping skills you learned in one room don't hold up in the other. Nobody seems to be talking about how they interact. This is the room for that.
What it is
- A weekly group for people carrying two or three of these at once.
- A place to talk about the interactions: the racing mind that is both mania and anxiety, the ADHD that looks like hypomania, the panic that follows a crash.
- Peers who will nod because they have lived it, not because they read about it.
What it isn't
- Not a place to figure out which diagnosis is 'right.' We take you as you are.
- Not a substitute for a psychiatrist, therapist, or doctor.
- Not a crisis service.
Rebuilt Minds runs free peer support groups led by trained volunteers with lived experience. We are not therapists, doctors, or a crisis service, and our groups are not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
Group agreements
Read aloud at the start of every session.
- What's said here stays here.
- Speak from your own experience — "I" statements, not advice.
- Share the air; one voice at a time.
- It's always OK to pass.
- We don't diagnose, recommend treatments, or give medical advice.
- If someone is in crisis, a facilitator will step into a private room with them and connect them with help.
Join the group
Zoom sends your join link. This short form tells us who is coming and gives us a baseline so we can see whether the groups are helping.
Questions people ask.
- Do I need a diagnosis?
- No. If you live with the experience, you belong in the room.
- Do I have to turn my camera on?
- No. Camera is optional. Some people listen for weeks before they speak.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. Free, always.
- Can my teenager join?
- No. Our groups are for adults 18 and older.
- Is this therapy?
- No. Rebuilt Minds runs free peer support groups led by trained volunteers with lived experience. We are not therapists, doctors, or a crisis service, and our groups are not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
